The
Pregnancy Program at 4025 Yoga and Wellness!
Whether you are trying
to conceive, are currently pregnant or searching for a class for you
and your little one. We have it all! Our serene,
nurturing environment is the ideal place for your
pre or post pregnancy needs. We offer small class sizes
with qualified instructors to support your needs during this special
time in life!
Pre-natal Yoga
(Mondays 7:15 - 8:30 p.m.)
This class is relaxed and filled with laughter! Instructor Patricia
Kinser will lead you through poses that help stretch and strengthen
the body. Students are guided through a series of yoga poses
designed to enhance breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare
for childbirth. In addition to help release tension, restore energy
and provide an understanding of your changing body; emphasis is
placed on abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Classes are
appropriate for all levels of fitness and yoga experience, and for
any stage of pregnancy.

Mom and Baby
Patricia's class is appropriate for moms with
babies 6 weeks to 10 mos. The focus of the class is on gentle yoga
poses to help you connect with your baby and regain strength. As
with Pre-natal yoga, no experience is required. Classes are held
every other Saturday morning for one hour at 11:00 a.m. Two
classes per month - $24.00 or drop in for $14.00. Every other Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. for

Birthing From Within
Prepare for the work of labor and birth.
Learn and practice effective pain coping techniques. Interact with
other parents and discuss pregnancy, birth and postpartum issues.

Fit & Firm
A post natal class which helps to strengthen
and tone the pelvic floor muscles which have been stretched during
pregnancy. Wednesday nights
6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Check the
