What's New at 4025 Yoga

• Teacher Training Open House - please join Carmen (Gauri) Monico and Helen on Wednesday night, May 14th at 7:30 p.m. to answer any questions you have about our Karuna Yoga Teacher Training Program scheduled to begin this fall!

• Yogalates has moved to Monday nights at 6:00 p.m. - Registration is open for our 8 wk series (6/9 - 7/28)! Check the schedule page!

• A new Saturday morning Lebed Method-Focus on Healing 6-week series is starting next week - May 17 at 4025 Yoga & Wellness. (May 17-June 28; 11:30-12:30).
  

• Yoga for Infertility with Pre-Natal Teacher Patricia Kinser coming soon - please let us know if you are interested.

• 4025 Yoga and Wellness will be closed on Memorial Day!

• Information on our Karuna Yoga Teacher Training Program is now available. Our unique vision for training teachers in the Richmond area will begin Saturday/Sunday, September 13th and 14th, 2008. Cost for the program is $2550.
