Tantra, the yoga of  energy, teaches us how to fully integrate our Divine (spiritual) nature with our human (sexual) nature to experience ourselves as an awakened embodiment of God. This course is designed to de-mystify sacred sexuality, and bring the art and science of Tantric practice and it’s many benefits to those seeking to learn and experience the healing power of unconditional love and share authentic spiritual connection. This class will be not only informative, but freeing, grounding, and fun!

Topics include:

History and philosophy of Tantra  and sacred sexuality

Elements of practice including energy essentials, kundalini yoga, partner yoga, breath, sound, movement, and meditation

Creating sacred space

Conscious communication and touch

Tantric Healing and Sacred Spot

Class size is limited to encourage optimal learning and experience with individual attention. Class is held in safe and sacred space. There is no nudity. Discussions will include topics of a sexual nature.
