 Floyd Herdrich Instructor
 Floyd studied and has taught with the School of T'ai Chi Chuan, Inc. since 1978. He’s also continued meditation study and teaching with the Arica Institute, Inc. since 1975. Floyd, an Iowa country boy, went to University, gathering degrees in Psychology and Fine Arts Photography (MA & MFA.) In 1982, he segued from the Fine Arts to the Healing Arts. A Masters Degree in Acupuncture led to 20 years’ practice in the DC area. T’ai Chi Chuan – Yang Style, Short Form. The TCF / STCC is an international school with over 200 teachers in 30 cities in seven countries. We teach the Yang-Style Short Form as developed by Grand Master Cheng Man-Ch’ing. His senior student, Patrick Watson, founded our school, under the direction of Cheng and Oscar Ichazo of Arica Institute, Inc. We offer a comprehensive curriculum of classes for beginning and advanced students. We transmit the Form with clarity, precision, humor and respect for tradition.
