This is a 75 minute mixed level Vinyasa style class using breath and movement together to energize, strengthen and revitalize the mind and body. Saturday’s 9:00 - 10:15  a.m.

Jonathan C. Miles or "J" as he is know to friends, family and students. He began teaching yoga April 2003 -under the excellent guidance of Nora Vimala Posey and completed Integral Yoga teacher training (200 hour) in May 2003, given the sanskrit name "Shambhu" (one who brings happiness and bliss) by his teacher, J. completed additional teacher training with Grace Yoga under the instruction of Arlene Bjork in April 2009.
