Talia Moser
Reflexologist

Talia is certified through the International Institute of Reflexology and has been practicing for over 15 years.

Talia confesses "I can't go a day without some reflexology. It's a way to center your mind and spirit; to refresh and balance your body, your being. I really enjoy witnessing my clients responses to reflexology. I encourage everyone to use it on themselves and share it with their loved ones. It is the supreme act of submitting to the care of another; when someone has your feet in their hands you just have to give in—and enjoy."

Reflexology is a science which deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands relative to each organ, the glands and all parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes properly helps nature normalize body functions. In a reflexology session the feet, a microcosm of the whole body, are given a "tune-up" — reducing nervous stress, improving nerve and blood supply and thus healing many health problems in a natural way.

Reflexologists don’t diagnose or prescribe for conditions. Our expertise aids your body’s innate self-healing abilities by energizing the nerve and blood circulation and freeing stores of energy through reducing stress.

Take a seat in the reclining chaise and give up your pain and stress. No need to disrobe further than shedding shoes and socks. Reflexology does not tickle and there are no “ugly” feet! Sessions are for half-hour or full hour at $30 and $60 respectively, by appointment. Call Talia at 804.399.3353 to schedule a session.
