This class is relaxed and filled with laughter! Candy will lead you through poses that help stretch and strengthen the body. Students are guided through a series of yoga poses designed to enhance breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare for childbirth. In addition to help release tension, restore energy and provide an understanding of your changing body; emphasis is placed on abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness and yoga experience, and for any stage of pregnancy.
A new series will begin in September 15th - Wednesday’s 6:00 - 7:15 and Sunday’s (Sept. 19th) 2:00 - 3:15 p.m.
Rates:
The Trimester Semester: $195 for a 15 week session (one class a week), $96.00* (two classes a week for one month), or $60* (good for 4 classes)
*If unused, classes are not transferable from one month to the next.
