Finding the Moment

A class designed for newcomers to meditation or experienced meditators looking to revive their practice.  This class will lead students through a thorough introduction of meditation, its benefits, and how to incorporate the peace found within into our everyday life.  Starting slow and building gradually Finding the Moment allows students to explore the inner workings of their own mind in a comfortable and supportive environment.  If meditation has ever seemed uncomfortable or difficult, join us as we address a variety of the problems we often encounter ranging from physical pain to mental afflictions.  Loose fitting, comfortable clothing and an open mind are all you need for this practice.  Feel free to bring a cushion of your choosing although cushions will be provided.
