The introduction to yoga class taught by Fabiana Franco is a class that invites you to learn the amazing physical and energetic benefits of yoga. In this class the student will be introduced to techniques on how to quiet the mind and open the heart for a sequence of beginner's asana (poses) practice. Students should expect introductory poses including twists, standing and balancing poses, and forward bends as well as an introduction to pranayama techniques ( breath control).

Fabiana Franco received her training through the Karuna Yoga Teacher Training Program at 4025 Yoga and Wellness. She is a motivated practitioner and finds self- realization through yoga. She promotes well- being and a healthy life style sharing the beauty and grace of yoga to the new and not so new student! Fabiana has learned from teachers from all over the world and she gives out her energetic, creative and spiritual character with into her classes. She believes anyone can benefit from meditation, the practice of asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath control). Fabiana is native of Brazil, she speaks portuguese and spanish fluently; also a student and on her down time she enjoys meditating, practicing yoga, appreciating music and arts, coming up with new vegetarian recipes and caring for her hyper aussie Chico Bonito, friends and family!


Fabiana teaches Hatha Yoga for beginners and intermediate level.
